Much of our beef, lamb and pork is supplied by local supplier Sam Howarth, who carefully selects prime heifer beef which is then hung for a minimum of 21 days to guarantee tenderness and flavour. A business with a five rating has a fully documented HACCP based system and includes a system of self-inspection and verification coupled with very good structure and hygiene practices.
